Enrollment Information


At Bee-Happy Day Program, we understand that every type of special need, is individual and unique to each person. We celebrate CANs, not CAN’Ts at this program.

What are the criteria for acceptance to this program?
There are four key areas assessed when an application is received:
  • Must need minimal toilet assistance
  • No history of eloping
  • No past or current violent behavior (to self or others)
  • No arrest record and criminal history

Application steps
  • Schedule a tour 
  • Complete the online application and submit the $50 non-refundable application fee
  • Schedule and complete admissions interview
  • Complete the enrollment paperwork
Pay Scale based on total household income of all members residing in the home. We request tax return or last pay checks to provide proof of income for pay scale rates otherwise full rate is required. The pay scale is revisited annually and revised based on how successful our fundraising efforts are. 
  • If HCS or Texas Home Living is financing, the agency pays on a daily basis, and prices vary based on the LON (Level of Need).  ​
  • If you are private pay, you will pay for services on a monthly basis. (Private pay rate will vary based on household income.)​​
