Bee Happy is currently looking for qualified individuals to fill DSP positions. This role provides guidance and instruction in all aspects of the Busy Bees’ lives, so that they may reach their full potential.
A typical DSP work schedule consists of assisting individuals Tues-Fri 8:30am to 3:30pm.
Some special events required. We are a NON-PROFIT FAITH BASED program. This is a job of the heart. We pay $10 an hour.

Direct Support Professional
- Provide supervision and guidance during daily activities for Busy Bees
- Makes sure that everything is in place, stocked and clean
- Develop and implement programs for Busy Bees
- Train Busy Bees in the development of certain skills such as housekeeping, money management, and social and behavioral skills
- Develop a relationship with Busy Bees that will result in both trust and supportive relationship
- Assist monitoring Busy Bees on field trips
