After high school, many adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities lose access to programs, jobs, and daily community. Families are left searching for what’s next.
Our mission is to enhance the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by providing opportunities for growth, empowerment, and meaningful participation in their community.
